Built RoomAid, a full-stack roommate coordination platform with a subscription
model, owning product, system design, and infrastructure end-to-end (SwiftUI +
TCA, Vapor, Docker, AWS). Shipped Hellopost, a lightweight status-update app
built from shared modules, now in TestFlight beta ahead of its App Store
launch. Designed core systems including an RRULE-based scheduling engine, a
custom calendar layout for overlapping events, and actor-based backend
concurrency.
Integrated a Bluetooth safety device with the iOS app via Core Bluetooth,
supporting real-time monitoring and emergency alert flows. Developed features
across a large SwiftUI codebase built on The Composable Architecture, and
built Swift macros to reduce boilerplate and streamline feature development.
Built core shopping flows for Convenience & Grocery in the Dasher app,
including item picking, barcode scanning, weighted items, and substitution
handling. Led the rollout of a redesigned post-checkout substitution flow, and
converted the order cart module to MVVM, eliminating race-condition bugs
caused by mixed design patterns.
Initiated and led the migration of the codebase from Objective-C to Swift.
Built and maintained a live map view with dynamic tray interactions and heavy
state, and implemented a custom waterfall-layout photo picker that supported
fast scrolling without frame drops.
Taught Ruby and JavaScript through lectures, code reviews, and pair
programming.
