This site is the personal portfolio of Chase Martin. This policy explains what information is collected when you use it, how that information is used, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

The only personal information collected is what you choose to send through the contact and project intake forms or the updates signup: typically your name, email address, company, and the details of the project you describe. You are never required to create an account.

How that information is used

Submissions are used solely to reply to you, scope potential work, and if you opt in, to send occasional project updates. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

Service providers

A few third parties help operate this site and process what you send:

• FormSubmit delivers form submissions to my inbox by email. See the FormSubmit privacy terms for how they handle data in transit.
• The site host serves these pages and may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. A small amount of browser storage is used only to remember display preferences, such as whether you have seen the intro animation.

Data retention

Correspondence and project briefs are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to carry out work we agree to. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared, and you can opt out of update emails at any time by replying to any message. To make a request, emailchase@chasemartin.dev.
